The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) points out that the adaptation of Annex VI also leads to new information requirements for so-called “only representatives” under REACH. Regarding REACH-IT, ECHA provides information for companies on this. The information requirements refer to the manufacturer (“non-EU manufacturer”).
