Certificate of Origin

The certificate of Origin is a document that can prove the origin of goods. When importing the certificate of origin also often referred to as non-preferential origin evidence. If a certificate of origin is required, the importer must be in possession of a certificate of origin in the original paper. Copies of certificates of origin are insufficient. Currently universal certificates of origin for imports under foreign trade law are required only a few goods.
For agricultural products originating there are special rules that must be observed.
