Anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled flat steel from Ukraine discontinued

Hot-rolled flat steel (HRFS) from Ukraine may be imported into the EU without anti-dumping duties since February 17, 2023. This was the result of an expiry review of the relevant anti-dumping measures. So far, anti-dumping duties on HRFS have already been suspended since June 4, 2022.

Currently, expiry reviews are still ongoing for imports from Russia, Iran and Brazil.
