The Word Trade Organization has already received 149 reports on trade measures in connection with COVID-19.
As of June 8, 2020
The WTO calls on all WTO members to report trade restrictive measures related to COVID-19.
Hitherto numerous reports of trade measures related to COVID-19 have been received by the WTO. The greatest part is taken up by technical, sanitary and phytosanitary measures. Trade facilitation was also only passed on to the WTO to a small extent.
The list of measures that have already been reported to the WTO is continuously updated. Also have a look at the interactive world map of the WTO, which gives a good overview of all measures.
You can also find out about new sanitary and phytonasitary measures (SPS) and technical barriers to trade (TBT) via the ePing portal.
Information on import and export restrictions, bans and licenses can be found on the WTO “Documents Online” page.
