Contents of the information note
For example, the published information note provides information on which states have enacted separate legislation imposing licensing requirements for certain non-listed items. In addition, the information note includes information on licensing requirements introduced by states for goods for digital surveillance, specific measures for the transfer of goods within the EU, and information about additional controls based on human rights considerations. An overview of national authorities empowered to prohibit transit of non-Union dual-use items is also part of the note.
