The European Commission and the United States have agreed after months of negotiations on 02/02/2016 on new arrangements for transatlantic data exchange. The new rules are called Privacy Shield rules (Privacy Shield rules) and resolve the old rules of the Safe Harbor Agreement from that declared in October 2015 for invalid by the European Court.
