The EU Commission updated the Dual Use Export Control List on 15 September 2023. The update mainly concerns the control parameters of manufacturing equipment, high performance computers and of lasers, the inclusion of propulsion engines for underwater vehicles and of technology for the development of gas turbine engines for aircraft, as well as the adaptation of technical definitions, notes and descriptions and editorial changes. If the Council and the European Parliament do not object within two months, the updated list will enter into force.
