Protective equipment can continue to be exported to Ukraine without applying for a permit. The corresponding General Permit No. 32 has been extended until December 31, 2023.

Military clothing supplemented

In addition, a number of items have been added to the list of approved items. These include image intensifier, infrared and thermal imaging equipment, as well as certain military clothing and all-terrain vehicles.

For the above-mentioned goods, relief is granted not only for direct export, but also for shipments with subsequent re-export.

Extension of General Permit No. 31

General Permit No. 31 – Public Procurement – has also been extended. The validity period now extends until March 31, 2024.
