By making a request for export or transport approval its necessary to attach documents as technical and contractual papers.
As of 1st February 2019 its additionally necessary to ad abstracts of the customers or endusers homepage to the application form, that might be relevant for the applicant at bafa (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle in Frankfurt).
The obligation of those abstracts is valid for the following processes:
- Request for export or transport approval
- Request for export/import corresponding to anti-torture act
- Request for trade or brokerage
- Early request for export approval
- Re-export approval
