Final version of the new export list online

The final version of the export list on dual-use items has now been published. The entire regulation can be viewed online: COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2023/66.

The Official Journal of the European Union was published on January 11, 2023. Thus, the new regulation became legally effective on January 12, 2023.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
