The European Union offers to businesses a digital overview of existing EU sanctions regimes. This sanction map is intended to help simplify commercial export practice. To this end, the EU Sanctions Map specifies country-specific, inter alia. current measures taken, goods and persons covered. However, the information provided relates solely to sanctions that fall under European jurisdiction. Information on sanction regimes from third countries or on national sanctions laws of individual EU member states does not cover the information offered. The development of the sanction map of the European Union is based on the EU Council Presidency of Estonia. The EU Sanctions Map – as well as the further linking of the respective EU legal acts – can be found here
