The Patent and Trademark Office of the United States made the manual recently available as a free download. It contains guidelines for Examining Attorneys and serves as a reference work for patent application and trademark registration in the United States.
From 1rst of august 2022 new prices for patent applications will apply. The PCT fees decreased in two cases.
- The fee for international search by the Israel Patent Office (ILPO) decreases from $1,174 to $1,065.
- The fee for international search by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) decreases from $1,011 to $955.
- The fee for international search by the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) increases from $495 to $631
