Updated Annexes to the EU Dual-Use Regulation 428/2009 published

By Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2017/2268 of 26 September 2017, the EU Commission has annexed Annexes I, IIa to IIg (with regard to the items covered by these Annexes) and IV of Regulation (EC) No 428 / 2009 of the Council on a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items. This Delegated Regulation entered into force on 16 December 2017.
