Since May of this year, a total of 42 Siemens trademarks registered in Russia have been registered in the Russian Customs Register for Intellectual Property. The Munich Group thus follows the widespread practice of international companies, which are thus protecting against unfair competition and gray imports into the Russian market.
To protect itself against gray imports, Siemens has registered these trademarks protected in Russia in the Russian Customs Register for intellectual property. System builders must be aware of the import of Siemens components and spare parts to Russia.
