Export declarations are generally submitted in the State from which a delivery should take place.

Delivery locations in Austria (AT) and Switzerland (CH) compel that the goods must be declared even if the customs authorities in the respective country of collection

This means that e.g. for goods sold from Germany but collected in Austria, the declaration of export must be placed to Austria (AT).

Same applies to goods sold from Germany but collected from Switzerland (CH). the export declaration is mandatory to be submitted in our neighboring country Switzerland.

A customs declaration in Austria is possible with the e-customs link and in Switzerland it can be submitted with the edec-web connection.
