In order to support companies around the CE marking, leaflets have already been created in the past. Due to some changes in the regulations, the leaflets have now been updated accordingly. They can be downloaded from the website of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria.
Contents of the leaflets on CE marking
The fact sheets, commissioned by the “European Standards and Quality Assurance” working group, explain in non-legal language what the steps to CE marking are and what obligations are incumbent on economic operators. Companies can also find information on specific product groups, such as electrical equipment or machinery.
