The EUR.1 is a movement certificate which isn´t obligatory for the export. By request of the customer in a third party country it is claimed and developed by the custom office. The EUR.1 is designated for goods that have its origin in the EU or for those which have been within a manufacturer-depth in the EU such significant that the goods origin get awarded EU character.
