Export list on dual-use goods updated

In the course of the nineteenth regulation amending the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (EU Dual-Use Regulation), the export list has been updated.

The new export list on dual-use items is part of Annex I of the Regulation and has been in force since December 24, 2022. In early to mid-January, the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) expects a final version in the form of an EU regulation.

We will keep you informed in this regard and will let you know the final version once it is published.
