The EU has decided the definitive collection of a countervailing duty by Regulation 2019/1250.
Imports of ductile iron pipes (also known as spheroidal graphite cast iron) originating in India, manufactured by Jindal Saw Limited; these are charged with 14.1% additional duty to the usual of 8.7% since July 22, 2019 for the TARIC codes 7303001010 and 7303009010.
