Regulation (EU) No 2022/328 of 25 February 2022 published.

Article 2 contains an unrestricted export ban on dual-use items, irrespective of the recipient, end-user or intended use, as well as
a general prohibition on the provision of technical assistance, brokering services or other services, and on the provision of financing or financial assistance
in connection with dual-use goods. Narrowly limited exceptions are possible.
The newly added Article 2.a. contains a ban on exports of certain goods and technologies related to the defence and security sector (new Annex VII), as well as a ban on the provision of technical assistance, brokering services or other services, and on the provision of financing or financial assistance related to these goods. Narrowly limited exceptions are possible.
Article 3 describes goods and technologies of oil refining and aerospace technology.
