{"id":2861,"date":"2022-05-25T11:25:58","date_gmt":"2022-05-25T09:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nicola-bernard.de\/en\/?p=2861"},"modified":"2022-05-25T11:25:58","modified_gmt":"2022-05-25T09:25:58","slug":"russia-removal-from-the-scope-of-general-export-authorizations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicola-bernard.de\/en\/russia-removal-from-the-scope-of-general-export-authorizations\/","title":{"rendered":"Russia: Removal from the scope of general export authorizations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32022R0699\">Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022\/699 of 3<sup>rd<\/sup> May 2022<\/a> amending Regulation (EU) 2021\/821 removed Russia as a destination from the scope of the Union&#8217;s general export authorizations.<\/p>\n<p>Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2021\/821 contains eight Union general export authorizations for exports of certain items to certain destinations, subject to certain ancillary provisions and conditions.
