{"id":2512,"date":"2021-07-06T13:53:24","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T11:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nicola-bernard.de\/en\/?p=2512"},"modified":"2024-03-18T11:47:36","modified_gmt":"2024-03-18T09:47:36","slug":"changes-to-the-dual-use-regulation-in-brief","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicola-bernard.de\/en\/changes-to-the-dual-use-regulation-in-brief\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes to the Dual-Use Regulation in brief"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The recast Regulation establishing a Union regime for the control of exports, transfers, brokering services, technical assistance, and transit of dual-use items (EU Dual-Use Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2021\/821) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 11th June 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The regulation will enter into force 90 days after its publication.
