{"id":2379,"date":"2021-02-01T17:13:10","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T15:13:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nicola-bernard.de\/en\/?p=2379"},"modified":"2021-02-01T17:13:10","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T15:13:10","slug":"introduction-of-electronic-export-licensing-as-of-1-march-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicola-bernard.de\/en\/introduction-of-electronic-export-licensing-as-of-1-march-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Introduction of electronic export licensing as of 1 March 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From 1 March 2021, BAFA will issue licences, zero notices, information as well as extensions and amendments of notices in the area of foreign trade law exclusively in electronic form.<\/p>\n<p>The additional sending of these notices in paper form will be waived from this date, so that companies can use the licences immediately after their publication in the ELAN-K2 Export portal.<\/p>\n<p>Exceptions to this are &#8220;export licences for temporary, repeated export (export type 231)&#8221;, transit licences, re-export licences as well as refusals and notices of objection.
