L 50 of 28.02.2017 p.18-41 series C \/ 2017\/1134:<\/p>\n<p>Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 21017\/336 of 27 February 2017 imposing a final anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain non-alloy or other alloy steel plates originating in the People&#8217;s Republic of China.<\/p>\n<p><em>Article 1<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A definitive anti-dumping duty is imposed on imports of flat products of non-alloy or alloy steel (excluding stainless steel, silicon-electrical steel, tool steel and high-speed steel), hot-rolled, not clad, plated or coated, not in coils, of a thickness exceeding 10 mm and of a width of 600 mm or more or of a thickness of 4,75\u00a0mm or more but not exceeding 10 mm and of a width of 2\u00a0050 mm or more currently falling within CN codes ex\u00a07208\u00a051\u00a020, ex\u00a07208\u00a051\u00a091, ex\u00a07208\u00a051\u00a098, ex\u00a07208\u00a052\u00a091, ex\u00a07208\u00a090\u00a020, ex\u00a07208\u00a090\u00a080, 7225\u00a040\u00a040, ex\u00a07225\u00a040\u00a060 and ex\u00a07225\u00a099\u00a000 (TARIC codes: 7208512010, 7208519110, 7208519810, 7208529110, 7208902010, 7208908020, 7225406010, 7225990035, 7225990040) and originating in the People&#8217;s Republic of China.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In subsection 8.3. &#8220;Final Measures&#8221; are described e.g. 73.1% Additional duty for imports of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. 65.1% for import of Minmetals Yingkou Medium PlateCo.Ltd; 73.7% Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd and Wuyang New Heava &amp; Wide Steel Plate Co.Ltd and some more.
