Currently there is a new request for German exporters to complete a &#8220;Verification of origin&#8221; form. Companies who are requested to do so are advised to inform their customs office. Verifications of preferences from German exporters are to be officially communicated to the German customs authorities by the South Korean customs authorities, according to the free trade agreement between South Korea and the EU (see also the Protocol on the Republic of Korea, Article 27).
